Plc is ready to buy CIFL , PMB(Very loss making finance companies).
This year, next year profit may effect from this decision.

Therefor DIST may decided to exit from PLC.

PLC has big name. that is enough to recover CIFL.

in Financial Business need trustworthy. at the moment CIFL is in very bad position.
But With PLC maybe image is completely different.

I am not promoting CIFL.
at the moment CIFL is crap.

I think price should be bellow Rs. 1 even with PLC also.
after performing it can take high value. without performance we cannot expect anything.

I think they already met the requirement.They increased their capital recently.
They are complying with central bank requirement.but HJ may take over any company at any moment.
