I mean without any minimum investment? Or what are the stockbrokers who offer for low portfolios?

I have DirectFN from CT.

I Installed the software, tried to login and it says "Updating Cache"

and after few minutes or seconds its displays

"Error occured while downloading system files "

Has anyone faced this issue. Greatly appreciate if anyone could help! I have attached a screenshot as well
