its a good company,its a undervalued company in the hotel sector.........this share was stagnant for times and having a run these days,
considering developments and tourists arrivals this hotel will perform well........

* tourists arrivals are increased from 66% compared to last year April season

I will post again my last post because still it is valid
NEH is a fundamentally sound stock. Up to may 4th it was traded 950-1000 price range for quite some time. But from NEH rally was started due to some reason. Today it went to 1700 befor close at 1500. according to bloomberge charts it was now at overbought situation. Its RSI is 90 indicating a downward trend in future. So if you hold I think better to sell at this point and buy again close to 1000 or low. You can check the charts by following link.
