They can further subscribe by way of Rights issue half of the 29.97% which would be 44.95%....

Am i missing something here .....

but that's if people willingly sell rights? what if they can't buy the quantity required in addition to what they receive? Smile

Dear Shark, subscribing for their entitlement of rights won't increase their % holding. But they have the option of purchasing additional rights from the market or applying for additional right (which may or may not be successful depending on the demand for the rights)

Don't have too much hope, they know how to play, from the start, am saying not to target for short term, i may be totally wrong.

Sorry not talking about any share, since a person who talk and promoting the shares he hold, seems me also as an promoter, because i went negative about his holdings
