Hi guys,

Any idea on the probable price that cfvf may hike upto considering the potential 1 billion mark up to its second quarter.

I believe it is currently highly undervalued based on futuristic earnings of roughly 1.5 bn for the year ended 2014/ 15 , CFVF may be hovering at 3 - 4 times which is a great discount at these levels.

Appreciate expert opinions and feedback from forum members.

Definitely they will have a EPS of more than 10/- per share. Rs.1Bn profit is guaranteed. Question is will it achieve Rs.1.5Bn mark or not & what will be the per share dividend.

I expect them to pay at least 5/- per share.

Considering all that the share should go pass 100/- levels easily,

Hi RPPA

We could expect a high dividend yield as you very well stated from rupees 5 to may be even 10 since I remember they announced a 15/= dividend in 2010. However this was before they had a share split.

I arrived at the 1.5 bn futuristic earnings since the latest report states an earnings after tax of 620 mn to July.

I firmly believe the 1 billion mark has already been achieved by cfvf.

Don't you think they could end this financial year giving all of us a ticket to a gold mine Smile

You have missed a point. After the dividend payment of 15/- share they have split the share in to 3. So now the number of shares are 3 times as then.

So 5/- per share dividend is the minimum expectation.

But any way this share will fly at rate after may be after 20th of October.

So nothing to talk just get in.

Hi RPPA,

As i mentioned the 15 dividend was before the share split. However with a very optimistic feeling i believe a 10 rupee dividend may be up for grabs if they hit 1.5 bn or above.

This is a company that only shines in a low interest regime and the conditions are fantastic for them now.

@ CSE 1

ESL has a less share float than cfvf and has a moderate exposure in the market than CFVF.

CFVF has branded and has its foot print in the bond market with its recent debenture issue and innovative product lines released to the market.

Moreover funds of Insurance companies like Janashakthi has high interest on CFVF which is actually a very positive sign.

What do you guys think of investing in the parent company CSEC may be a more viable option than ESL ???

CFVF has started its journey again on a slow momentum. It will speed up when the results are about to come.

CFVF has a long way to go..!! this will not be just another share for trading purpose. However guys watch out for two things, their quarter end results ( year to date 1 Bn LKR ) and when are they going to release the massive dividend.

These would be the catch for all the brilliant CFVF investors..!! and the show is not finish yet. yet to travel its long journey..!! we'll see how things go.

If someone's planning to enter, they should always make their decision early and shouldn't make a false decision in the end.

The Banda Should give you due credit for the prediction. As per the interim accounts CFVF has surpassed LKR1.7Bn for 6 months. It is minting money with the current economic conditions.
