Dear friends,

i have HHL and LIOC some shares which,if i sell today i can gain above 20% profit. is it ok to sell or hold? Pls adv

If you really want to be safe, sell when others think to buy and buy when others think to sell. Because, none of us can not time the market.
Sell small quantities..! or buy small quantities.
when to buy? or when to sell? no one knows.....!
I can be a billionaire if I know the time.
That is the billion rupee question.

Manipulators can change the market conditions. It's different.

let me explain very simply.... what was your max drawdown you would have held if the price was to fall.

Example... Lets say you bought LIOC was @40Rs. Assume next day the Share price reversed... upto what price level you will hold it. will you hold if LIOC drops to 20Rs

Thanks for your adv. in fact i am holding some shares that loss between 35-55% . i cant sell them and make losses, so that is why i like expert adv on this

You have two of the best shares in the market.
Now the market is in positive teritory with over 10,000. it's best to hold on to what you have, if you sell right now and going to enter another stock you need to understand is most of the good shares have moved up. So its best to hold on what you have.

Gr8 if you are trading then you have been holding even with a55% drawdown (DD) assuming no Margin is used. I think if thats your average DD you should wait min 100-150% gain Rolling Eyes

so that you will be a winner long term.

I have few HHL. I will sell at 65. Can't see any point in waiting till its 100 because their dividends are low and opportunity cost could be more. My thinking only.
