Compared to other finance sector stocks VFIN has the best earnings and the best asset value.this has to be at least in 60 levels ?

People bit scared to buy this share now.

Detectors purchasing.
Last quarter not good financial report.

If directors are buying its a good sign of sustainability. Same thing happend with lfin too and then moved. Vfin came from 34 and good support around 44-46.

Yes Agreed.

I like to buy this share but. i have small doubt. detector some time do some traps also.
I am going to wait bit and collect later.

probably after selling ESL I will buy share.

Managing director was buying this share from a long time when VFIN price was around 28- 30. I also bought this share alone with him at that time and sold with a huge profit as I though it was time to get out of this stock. You can see my name in Top 20 share holders list in first quarter. But, with the way the managing director is buying into this share prompt me to buy it again on last Friday and I collected some quantity. For the last quarter itself, the managing director has bought around 250000 shares around 44-47. it is more than 11 million rupees. He has not sold any of his shares since he started buying into this share. If someone says, It is a trap, I cant believe it. My advice is, This share came up from Rs.28 and was stagnant in 44- 47 region for a long time. Soon it will start its run to a next level as they must be having big plans for financial sector consolidation. Whoever want to buy this share, This is the time. If you are confident about VFIN , buy now.

Anybody has any idea about their consolidation plan or what are the guesses.. I can see there are some common directors in PABC and VFIN....will PABC acquire VFIN?

VFIN merge with PABC is very good.

Sometimes SAMP or LFIN might acquire VFIN. If this happens then we can have bulls running crazy.

There should be something happening big quite sooner and only the top in the board know what's going to happen.

The MD continuously accumulate VFIN. This can give you some idea about the future strategy. I hope that the management will not sell out VFIN to outsiders since this is a high performer in the group.
