As the heading goes we all…. at least many of us have been waiting for significant price increases post the release of FS by individual companies... however given that the CSE moves on an unknown fundamental and not by any logic its really frustrating to note the performance of some fundamentally strong counters

Hence in the CSE does the release of strong FS really matter ?
Thoughts/comments are welcome?

Each phase of BFLs price movement associated with release of Financials for example.

How do someone identify the Company has exceptionally performed well or not. Growth in GP margin, Admin,Finance, R&D Expenses each reveals the future prospect of the Company.

For example Warren Buffet targets Companies that has a high GP% whatever the net is. Because he believes the high GP is a sign of durable competitive advantage over others and can become a value stock in furture if managed properly.

Like wise company with high tech investment will have higher % of Depreciation compared to others. And also they have to keep up with Invetments regularly due to the Obsolesence in technology, thereby loosing the competitive advantage.

These are examples

I think the financial statement is very good fundamental from that can understand the company growth and can go ahead with decision of buying or not. One problem i am facing is from where i can find the company xxx financial statement release or not for the last quarter.

This is strong factor of the company growth and not like unknown factors which some companies going up only two/three days and with out any hesitation i think we can buy financial statement good company for mid/long term.

When you are jumping into a pit, it is better to know the depth of the pit, in advance !

for 90% of the companies what drives them are the financial reports! Problem is CSE is that some people get most of these 90% of companies reports before the common person like you and me gets them! So only few retailers are left to buy the shares after report comes when the big guns dumping them!

if you are in Rome, behave like a Romen

No need to be a big gun with Bn of Rs. if you study stocks closely you can identify sudden boost also. try to study trading patten and earning pattern of selected stocks with respect to their financial reports, special announcements. if you study the pattern, you can identify sudden boost. end of the day, its all about crowd philosophy.

Arro,

Always remember that on the CSE we are treated like puppies.
Why do I say that?
Because we get only the crumbs from the table!
The best and largest portion goes to the insiders or their coherts.
So please be patient as we cannot do anything irrational in this 'Dhamishta' society.

We are waiting for proper governance by the SEC.

Fundamental driven by financial performance while other driven by manipulation..
Even without good financials, stocks go up due to some ppl think its valued in future, some may knowing the financials are not that good push up the share and dump..
All these strategies are part of the game now.. Ultimately when official announcement comes, ur suppose to drop it Wink

But I'd go with YoY, QoQ growth companies with strong earnings regardles of the manipulation or demand.. May be if you could hold it for med term, u can reap the benifits..
