Scenario-1 seems to cause less financial burden and influence to the country? (Likewise the CSE). Don't you think Secenario-1 is better than Proposed Scenario where all son's, daughter's and relatives of Politicians will become powerful and influential.

The main catch for me is "Power"
If the power is distributed among so many different members/families, so many diverse range of people/families get benefits in terms of the corruption

if there is no corruption, first one is better.
but we have corruption in our blood since the day we were born.it is part of our culture now
???? Therefore, 2nd is better for me.

MR represents power and political stability for the country as well as development. MS is weak as well as a jack of all trades and an ace of none.

All these surreptitious agreements by MS stipulating different policies for different parties will entail only doom for this country.

I would have expected more from him, even though he is essentially a tea boy from the Horagolla Walauwa.

if he is capable of becoming a president without a royal background, he must be a genius then.
I did not know he is this smart.
Then he should win.
I like people like that.

on the other hand, Dictatorship is useful when there are uneducated people in a country.
but corruption must be stopped.

The result of this election will prove so many things about the country and its personality to the world. Lets see.

Any investor will like to see a country with law & order , good governance .
But some times its sad people just think about short term benifits , at stock market it's some short term profit , when it go to ground level people work for lunch packet and bottle as well as a letter for a job.
I don't see much different as both parties think about their stomach before country, future generation .

This scenario is developed (1st is correct & 2nd is wrong) by Sstar and not the current political situation. What MS trying to do is to stop the corruption and this POLITICAL system within 100 days. Thats the important part and this jumping will stop when the electoral system changes and when all independent commissions activated by bringing the 17th amendment and abolishing 18th.

And also remember, besides Gotabaya Rajapaksa (who is doing a fantastic job with Colombo) all the other Rajapaksa politicians have been democratically elected in to their seats by the people. ALL of them.

If we really assess the vote base for all the jumped politician for either sides what we could understand is that MR vote base not increase that much as compared to Opposition side.

On the other hand in rural areas the voters not concern about the fantastic development at colombo city which were done by gota. At the mean time the JVP is carrying out awareness about the "Expense driven" development strategy of present regime.

*ඉන් පසුව ගොඩ නගන කඩුවෙල සිට කඩවතට දුර වන්නේ කිලෝ මීටර් 8.9 කි. ඊට වියදම් කරන මුදල වන්නේ රුපියල් බිලියන 45 කි. එනම් කෝටි 4500 කි. ඒ අනුව එහි එක් කිලෝ මීටරයක වියදම රු.කෝටි 506 කි. එක්වරම පළමු කී කොටස හැදූ ගානට දෙගුණයකටත් වඩා වැඩි වී තිබේ.

*මීලඟට කෙරවලපිටියේ සිට කඩවත දක්වා පාර හැදිල්ල ගනිමු. එහි දුර කිලෝ මීටර් 9.2 කි. එය හැදීමට යන වියදම ලෙස පළමුවෙන් වෙන් කරන ලද මුදල රු.බිලියන 67 කි. ඡන්දයත් සමග එම වියදම මදිය කියා තවත් ඇස්තමේන්තුවක් දමා තවත් රු.බිලියන 12 ක් අනුමත කරවා ගත්තේය. ඒ අනුව සම්පූර්ණ මුදල රු බිලියන 79 කි. එනම් රු. කෝටි 7900 කි. ඒ අනුව එක් කිලෝ මීටරයක වියදම රු. කෝටි 859 ක් පමණ වේ.

මෙය කොට්ටාව සහ කඩුවෙල අතර පළමු දුර හැදුවා මෙන් 4 ගුණයක පමණ වැඩි වීමකි. පළමු කොටසත් ගැහිලි සහිත වුවත් එය නොතකා හැර ගත්තද පළමු කොටසට වඩා රු. කෝටි 8500 ක මහා පරිමාණ ගැහිල්ලකි. මෙය නම් මහ දවල් වංචාවකි.

We should not think corruption cannot be stopped in our society.First we have to change our mind set that who ever comes to power the corruption will continue.At least if we can minimise , yoy it would certainly become almost zero.

My thinking is we should send this corrupted rulers home and it would be a good lesson for opposion also.If indian people could change well corrupted congress rule and handed over regime to Mr Mohdi ,why can't sri lankan make it .

The other reason is judiciary.everybody knows what has happened to our judiciary today.
