Full year profits rose 34.2 percent to 1,210 million rupees with revenues growing 20 percent to 18.0 billion rupees according to unaudited accounts.
The group reported 61 cents earnings per share for the March quarter and 2.36 rupees for the full year.
The firm reported 24.4 million rupees in fair value gains down from 64.7 million rupees in the March quarter a year earlier.
Profits from fast moving consumer goods fell to 82.6 million rupees from 162 million a year earlier while profits from transport fell to 27 million rupees from 60 million.
Profits from power rose to 111 rupees from 97 million.
But profits from healthcare rose to 70.6 million rupees from 36.4 million and leisure made 98 million rupees, up from 55 million rupees.
