Any comment about TPL.
lot of plantation companies making losses in past few years. But TPL in good position with good eps. thier divident is also pending.

Once the dividend announced share value going to up,but with current market sentiment that is inpossible,so TPL need to wait for a while

Despite short term issues surprisingly few high grown high quality tea plantation companies such as TPL and BOPL plantations were able to maintain their profit during quarter ending December 2014. Even now there is a good demand for high quality high grown tea coming from Nuwera Eliya, Bogawantalawa and Maskeliya areas. Mid and long term investors should identify quality plantation companies to get return once tea become more and more popular globally.

TPL performance was outstanding. Despite attractive earnings stocks prices could stagnate in some situation during sluggish market conditions like today. It may pass Rs.50 easily in a market uptrend and their industry uptrend. We have to wait and see until we see major uptrend in the black tea industry.
