yes you are right .. Before I enter with this I asked this same Question.. But finally I ran with SFL.P crowed . Thats why I made good profit . just I did it because of very illiquid

that is true with normal preference shares, but this one is a bit different. normally preference shares do not receive the dividend when normal shares are given dividend, they only get a pre-fixed amount as dividend. BUT This preference shares is entitled to the normal dividend received(by normal shares) + a fixed dividend.
Thus it should be valued very highly.
Before the preference shares were listed, they passed a resolution and made it possible for preference share holders to receive and dividend given to normal shares. (in addition to the fixed dividend ) check the reports....they have mentioned it there.....
