A non voting share will trade at 60% to 80% discount to voting but how a Preference share trade like that.

That is a mis understanding of you all. Preference is always valued close to its issue price and no any link with company performance.
But yes SLP.p can be traded at any value due to it slow quantity but no value backed it..

MY broker says that this SFL P should be over 13 but how we can believe it? Did she see SHL and SCAP ran but stopped?

Tomorrow it will published on CSE web site....

NAV should be around 18 and it will move up very slowly. It will take much time to go up! But be positive!

I believe SFL P should be at 10 at the moment but panic sellers sell, some people are still much positive!
