1 . if they sell the property

Like LFIN

2. if they split one share into two.
3. if they declare a dividend at least Rs 0.50.

what will be the market price??? guaranteed after split it will be 6 - 7 .

Net asset value will be after sub 4 maybe (but only a own story)
