I truned to fundermental stock .. after that last 5 day I din't do any trading.. I am in inactive mode and still My portfolio continue in red..

APLA == 180/=
RICH==13.50/=
CARS==360/=
GUAR==166/= (Ave price)
CINV==151/=
GOOD==1250/=
SHAL==860/=
CTBL==5.30
SEMB.W15==1.12( average Price)

Hi guys I couldn't trade these stock nowadays.. I planned to bought these because after march end report they can move .. but still further down..

unfortunately RICH , APLA not impresive.. but GUAR , CINV , CARS ... are very good but not move..

Big issue I finish my buying power as well .. thats why I missed CLND , CSD, OSEA, PALM.

I am worried about thease things .. still illiquid stocks are fluctuate up and down high variance ratio ..EG; PHAR , SING, SINI ,

Some new shares also starting in higher level ER.MERC.. today no sellers.. some buyers try up to 5000/= ...

anyway ..share your ideas with us here please...

all most all fundemental shares are going down day by day.
only selected stocks such CLND,CSF etc are going up.
so market is run on speculations not with fundementals..

True.

But we have to ajust as per the market because we cant adjust the market. Close monitoring you can understand the tocks before up they can be fundermentally good or not. Keep you mind that There is a day for fundermentally sound stocks(As JINS reson past).That is why there should be enough percentage in your portfolio for fundamentally sound stocks even they may noit be performing well with the market up.

SPEN and LOLC are other fundamentals going down at the moment even though magnificent profits that they showed on sheets.

I keep my portfolio 80% for fundamentals and 20% for speculative.

Fundametals will work one day. See the movement in CSEC, JINS recently. May be there were other reasons to push the prices of these shares but those who invested in these based on their strong funamentals were able to gain a consideable capital gain,isn't it?

Don't worry my friend I am inactive for last 2months...only become active when my brocker tells me to force sell to cover my marginal debt ie..to loose more money....Be patience...We will win oneday... Mad

It is always not the shares in my list always move, my shares are idling , sometimes share pices come closer to my cost price and then move down. My total portfolio is red for quite some time except for five or six days for the last three months. My portfolio was on loss for the first time in March this year and continued till May. I am determined to make a profit in this month. Around 25% of my gains since I started trading shares, wiped out during last three months.

Day by day I am learning the game by experience. One mistake I made was buying at peak. Now I do not do that. I am now in the process of recovering my losses. It is not easy.Lot of patience required. I do not now jump into catch fast moving shares without a second thought.

Mine is total experience, what ever I have gained so far. Not from any advise from my broker or any other or not from any books or articles I read on shares.But this forum has helped me to correct my mistakes and get a broader knowledge on trading. Because we discuss practical situations most of the time . Here in this market your theoretical knowledge is not that helpful for you to shine and survive.

I am still learning and happy where I am today.

I am pretty sure that most of us are in your boat, so do not worry , the day will come for you, like Antonym said , the biggest thing you must have is "patience" apart from your knowledge and experience.

Who knows, the next trading day may be ours?
