Kalpitiya Beach resort Ltd which is a subsidiary of REEF (holding 72.18%) invetsed 1.3 bn in CLND and present capital gain of it is 762 mn.

EPS addition to the Reef group as a result of this investment is around Rs. 16.

This should cause to increase the market price of Reef??? Please correct if I an wrong... tongue

Interesting. I saw some positive price movements in reef.w0019 on friday.

REEF 19 is most attractive price at this level

my broker also told me that collect some REEF 19 and GREG 06 these are
move up shortly

so, i collected some REEF 19
but, i do not have money to collect to GREG
if you have money collect these share

this is my opinion

Now they can sell KBR at higher price at the introduction to CSE. KBR sitting on a 760Mn unrealized gain. But KBR can't realized gain at this price. Dilitha will hold CLND until KBR get listed so he can show the unrealized value.
He is not a good businessman but one of best Gilmartman

Brought CLND 10% @LKR20/- under his own Emagewise and sold to KBR @LKR 44/- within a week.
Emagewise's ownership in KBR only 22% (30.5% X 72%).

I thought they launched Kalpitiya BR to invest in Kalpitiya tourist zone.
Now what are they doing in Colombo ?

A buys B, B byes C, C buys A & B... Within few years it will be very difficult to find out who owns what at what cost.

Not only a Gilmartman.
His behavior during past one year shows he is a kid in a stock market.
Kids also do this kinds of things when they play. Adults keep quite for valid reasons. The child thinks he deceived others and keep doing same tricks again and again.
