why market is going down & down. Why good stocks are not moving. only manipulation. when will it change ? pls explain someone.

People drop their fundamentals and grab bullshits. So now the market is unstable. It is made unstable. So
big investors.. will they come?
No big funds as told by lot of ppl. Can't happy with foreign sell. so our money is going out of the country now.
Poor retailers are they that much crazy?
Look at this forum so many ppl talk about manipulation, Fundamentals, and investments rather gambling... But I think most of the members of this forum are also Victims of manipulation or Winners of Manipulation.
If investors are wise no body can manipulate this much.
So this is not a good sign.
Nothing will survive without fundamentals,basics..
What will happen to our market...?

Stocks price in any market is not always decided only on fundamentals. Financial reports of some companies are not sound and still they own good assets which are not productively used. Some other companies are family businesses with a minmal potion is with public and major shareholders are happy with minimum returns since they have enough other private income. In some cases traditional way of management is continued without adopting much needy radical changes in the management system to match with current development requirmentleaving leaving competitors to eat their potion of cake. Therefore many companies could be identified by HNWI s as good oppotunities. In fact with a management turnaround supported by sufficient human and financial resources, most of those ventures colud be uplifted to ensure sound performance within a short period of time. These are some reasons to justify what is happening today in the CSE.

Yes those are nice words...radical changes in the management etc. But do you think the recent acquiring of large stakes in companies like CLND, PAP, PMB etc are for this purpose?

Some stock market investors make money by trading in shares without creating value to that organization, a company director told this newspaper.

W.K.H. Wegapitiya, chairman LAUGFS Holdings plc, an LPG gas distributor, said that there are some “shell” companies (ie dormant companies) whose shares are taken-up by those investors for no rhyme nor reason and “dumped” at a profit, without creating value to those companies.
He classified such investors as high networth individuals (HNWIs) who are involved in this scam, ie people who have in their holding millions of rupees worth of shares.

Wegapitiya said that there is a ring of around 10-15 such HNWIs who are involved in such trades.
On the other hand, one sees the shares of companies which make good profits and which create value to its stakeholders fall, he said.

Wegapitiya said that the modus operandi of this ring is such that when a person wants to up the value of the stock he holds, say by 20%, they get into the game by buying that stock, thereby creating demand for it, which pushes its price up and then dump it for a profit.
