this share I can very well remember at the time floating at CSE  in addition to the ordinary share issue also had two warrants at two different years  . there for they have had lot of shares in issue. there for i think this stock is very unlikely to give better returns when you compare with others.

they seems to ask for more and more,  money from share holders all the time than giving returns for the share holders.

no wonder DP has lot of shares , he also owns a lot at fortress hotel too.

I will keep away from DP invested shares...

this is my personal view only.

thanks

It will stagnate at this price levels NZ boy.

Look at the recent right issues

Janashakthi, Eden ...,,,,,

Rights will flood the market with over supply of shares and also note the meaning of rights these days are mis used.

It is always given at a "premium price " for the existing shareholders. How can this happen when rights are priced at 10/- and the normal ordinary shares are traded at 6/40.

This is a joke and a DAY LIGHT ROBBERY.

This can only takes place in Sri Lanka only.

Members be vigilant and very careful with this unfair deal and promotion.

Have some moral ethics Mr NZ boy.

Will this happen in New Zealand Mr NZ boy?

Thanks

Hi Quibit & SStar,

this forum has now a active one with variety of views and analysis people from all segment and walk of life visit this web site.

I wonder whether we could ( SLEF ) make our representation to the SEC about this unethical right issue.

how could this right issue could be approve by the SEC , and on what basis ?

what do you the admin think for the protection of the members of this forum and also to have a healthy stock exchange in this country.

but from your past  views mentioned in this forum , I guess you two have some favourable political views about the former Rajapakshe  & Co family regime.

have a thought and give your views. Why Not ? criticise me if I am wrong I don't mind.

thanks

Can you remember Marawila Rights ?

N share was trading @ 7 or 8 and rights were trading 6 - 6.50
conversion price war 6 rupees .
Instead of buying N @ 8, people were collecting lot of rights @ 6.50 without considering the 6 rupees they need to make it an N share.

There could be a different story with Waskaduwa if mandatory offer triggered or it could be a just another illusion created to rob money.

I feel people are getting ready to make a boom with rights next week.
