Hi All,

July exports have increase YoY even with COVID19 pandemic impact.

Rubber,Apparel, tea, coconut,fruits and vegetables, agricultural crop exports do well in July.

The above is a proxy indicator of how well orders have accumulated to Dipped Products as a result of COVID19. In fact, Ansel Lanka would have also benefited in a larger volume

Already price adjusted to this qtr. From 59 to 137.
So don't expect more. And only 1Rs dividend indicating this. Better to avoid now

Hi Baba2020,

Dipped Products and Ansel Lanka are the 2 main companies whom are COVID19 positive. As of now, COVID19 reached 18,979,663 and cases are ongoing.

The company has a book value of Rs 184/- and EPS is Rs 12/- as of latest financials. The future business potential cannot be decided by only looking at Dividend announcement of Rs 1/-. It is because earnings are allocated to production/capacity expansions after assessing the exponential demand for surgical glows and other related products.

The global COVID19 cases has crossed 20Mn. This is not good for the globe but all who are in the supply end to cure the virus seems to have to expand the production capacities to cater the global Demand.

when we analyse the trading pattern ,past financials and disclosures regarding COVID of HAYC and DIPD, these are the most undervalue and most future potential shares in the market . we can expect good financials for this quarter also. last year they have done better,so

my personal target is HAYC - Rs 350 or above
DIPD - Rs. 200 or above

( this not buy recommendation. do your own analysis regarding this companies. )

Hi All,

A solid performance as expected by DIPD.

Net assets per share at the period end* 198.29, improved from 175.79.

Price earnings ratio annualized @ 2.50 which improved from 11.06 times.

The company revenue contributed by Hand Protection and plantation. Both have increased significantly recording a growth beyond 100%. Currently DIPD is not taking orders for hand protection gloves for current financial year reaching the full capacity.

The NAV and annualized PE below 3 indicates how fundamentally strong the company is. Additionally, ill-liquid nature of the stock move the price is faster. Hence, beyond Rs 200/- would be even possible fueled with an expectation of a larger dividend pay out during upcoming quarters. [DP companies have usually have a higher DY]

Recent 1 LKR Dividend is due to Cash flows from this results are not realized yet. Can expect a good dividend when sales proceeds are received

I really believe, DIPD can exceed Rs. 50 EPS. Q@ will be more impressive with relaxing curfew and converting into normal smooth operation.

I feel, Within a short-medium term, HAYC and DIPD will reach premium share category such as CCS, CTC.

Dipped Products and Haycarb are appreciating every day without much Fuzz. They have declared a dividend has well.

As of last Friday closing prices are,
HAYC - 321.20
DIPD - 224.30

By end of this month there will be a huge gap with these prices considering Q2 results and adjustments to the improved EPS. Furthermore, another dividend will be paid in the third and fourth quarter and the dividend per share value should Ideally increase in 3rd quarter compared to 1st and 2nd.

Good times ahead for investors who are holding these shares. I hold these shares and i do not intend to sell them un till end of this F/Y atleast. Shares worth holding !
