Poll system has no other option..compel to agree by both parties...
Look my heading deeply only two people decide 98 people life but compare to king (where one person decide million s life) this democracy is OK..
But my opinion is need to revolutionise this system
At least vote system should adopt

2 vote against it

Advancely one person may have idea to 75% against and 25 % supporting
