The market is expected to take off with the commencement of the infrastructure development projects planned by the govt starting with the Port City scheduled to recommence next month followed by mega polis development which includes LRT and other highway projects.

True. Whom can we blame for the inordinate delays?
However, till then in my opinion the lackluster trend with low turnover will continue.
But a construction sector led economic growth is on the cards.
