The most undervalued sector has got some attractive equities as :
MAL.N.0000 | MADU.N.0000 | BOPL.N.0000
I personally believe that the plantation sector will get a uptrend as tea prices are appreciating day by day and Sri Lanka still plays significant role on Global tea production in spite of the attempts made by countries like Kenya and India .. This is all about food commodity. WFP s predictions on global food crisis as India and China gonna eat up all food supply, is becoming unexpected reality. And, we should believe in our market share years to come and always remember that the island has got agrarian centric heritage and it has to be revived ..

Yes KVAL is another string share in plantations. There can be crowd support like kgal in runs.

We can see another run in the plantations sector with more chances are for the index to reach 1,000, the first time within the last five years. There are good shares as well as bad shares in the plantations sector and selective investments make the participants happy.

I think, MAL & TPL are good... becauese they haven't less finance expense. Lot of shares have high borrowing & high finance expense. And also this shares have good current ration.

Record price of Rs 780 for Battawatte’s OP

Battawatte Estate, Madulsima, realised an all-time record price of Rs. 780per kilo for sale of its Orange Pekoe (OP) grade offered at the Colombo Tea Auction July 25/26. This sale broke the previous record of Rs. 740 per kg.
Battawatte Estate is part of Madulsima Plantations PLC. Teas were purchased by Basilur Tea Export (Pvt) Ltd and marketed by Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC.

More than 200% Profit Increased.... some are More than 1000% Comparing to last year

Those who involves with tea and palm oil has some future. How ever most companies have accumilated losses so ,even profit it will offset for a while.
ELPL,WATA has no issues at all
