my adviser said me don't buy bank share they will come down soon
lot of members of this forum said buy they are undervalue ( also said do your homework before invest ) ......what to do ??????? Question

Don't just say they will go down. Anybody can say that.
So please provide reasons.

Did you ask your broker why he say that? any justifications?

i didn't ask but if you guys want i can ask .he never said they are overvalue he just said you can buy it from down if you have Patient. Exclamation

From what you said I gather your broker might have implied that since the market was down you can buy bank/finance shares for cheaper prices. It is not that you should not buy at theright opportunity. There are many undervalued bank share which are expected to go up in the medium term.

It is good if you have time to clarify what exactly what the broker meant and his recommendation.

If you identify a set bank shares we might be able to help you to realize they are undervalued or not.

It is very clear as this broker has indirectly recommneded BFI shares to buy, but just asking you to wait till it comes down more to increase your profit ..

Challenge your broker and ask why they think bank shares will come down more before it start upward momentum. share with us ,so it would more helpful all of us.

Example : If PABC tend to come further down , will director buy this much of shares at 54-59

By coming one advice/opinion true doesn't make one an expert. Similarly making a wrong opinion by an experienced person, does not make him a layman. Because, in nature opinions can be wrong.

However, investment decisions are based on both facts and rationalized opinions. That can be collectively called as "Justification".

I'm delighted to see here, a member is asking for "justification". This word was rarely observed at investnow. And I consider this as a good trend. If we always ask the question "why" we can get-ride of many manipulations. And make this forum better place to guide investors. So all will be benefited.

It is true that intention of any investor is to make money (increase their wealth). However it should not be at the expense of another friend on this forum or outside.

Bt for some shares if u wait til it comes down u`l never get a chance 2 catch them...
Coz i was thinkin 2 buy SAMP around 250 bt waited...aftr some time it was 270s n nw 290s...
without knowingly these shares tend 2 move up...itz nt lk chicken runs....

My picks wud b SAMP , DFCC , PABC , SEYB.N . LOLC , LFIN , JINS , UAL
I`m talkin abt da whole BFI sector...
