This is a part, He was being selling few weeks ago. He sold bulk in Sep 20 also. He used the market to sell a part of his stake.

This is a part, He was being selling few weeks ago. He sold bulk in Sep 20 also. He used the market to sell a part of his stake.

If a director dumping a share to move on to a better investment, why would a retailer buys such?  If a retailer buys such, he should be having a solid logic behind his purchase, a logic which is bigger than that of director's. Not saying the directors are always right, but most of the time they are.

Having said that, if a retailer has belief on the share, he may retain till he achieves the target gain.

It is simple. All above stock prices were not moved up depends on the performance or future cash flows !! It is a rally and positive panic pressured by organized groups. I am not mentioning all directors who sold the shares done this. But, Renuka Directors (Owners) usually use these type gains. They pay low dividend and get good capital gains from their financial strengths as rich person. They collect and keep the shares and sell at peak frequently.

Other Directors used the market opportunity with higher prices other than Dr.S in PAP. He had a massive stock and he used the best way to dispose it at once..

Fake selling orders everywhere these days.. DONT PANIC , they get the advantage

I liquidated at 4 with a marginal loss. Don’t see any reason for the price to go up fundamentally. Directors selling large quantities ruins the rally of these penny stocks. I’m afraid anyone bought over 4 will have to wait for a long time for the share price to appreciate further.
Who collected director’s selling.and it was with huge selling presure(didn’t allow others to collect),if they need to dispose to market it be huge buying presure.something to think,stil they clearing 3.90-4 level panic selling.i hope this will move further from next week.

For your sake I hope there’s another rally and you can minimize the loss or gain a profit.
