this is a joke , right issue price is high > market price, if company requires fresh funds buying pressure must be to set the price , thats the reason price was sky rocket , some baiiyas says it will go 12/-, what a joke ??

RI at 4.65 at the same time they are saying about de-listing plan.

according to my view they will offer around 7.5-8.0 for de-listing

at least 1.5 PBV.

I think they will list this stock in Singapore market according to FTA they can that also. then they will not violate any rules. they can list debenture in local market.

stocks list in Singapore market.

according to P/E ration they can get good price in Singapore market if they list over there. Singapore market P/E 13-14 level

nice analysis by stockback but my worry is all good companies are leaving from CSE. what a tragedy and what a disaster. even if they buy LKR 7 or 8 then what will be the justice who bought 10 ++ earlier of this share (During the peak ). for me thats the reason avoid financial companies mostly. they are thieves

last right issue they have bought. this one also something will happen. then they have collect 2.4 billion stocks at 4.2-4.65 range

with good de-list plan and list in different market and selling 2 Billion stocks think how much they will make profit.

if economy is same position some good company will leave.
