It's possible to go for a new business development other wise it's possible to pay a huge dividend by cash like Kegalle did
It doesn't harm any way to share holders.
This land selling price is 420 million, so HEXp has only 8 million shares.
It means HEXP 1 share owns 52.50 asset value because of this land.
As per the announcement this is nearly 55% from total assets so asset value can JUMP to 110/- levels.

In that case HEXP will reach 130+ levels easily.
Once these utilize these funds to like new carbon business HEXP can go even 300+++ levels

It's really happy moment based on the announcement HEXP management has done an attractive decision to sell the land ,the consideration amount of 420 million.
This represent s more than 50% total assets that's why EGM is required.
Lot of people told this is one of fake news to manipulate HEXP share prices.
Some told this selling price may be 180-200 million but clearly told this will be above 400 million.

Now the announcement came which says it's RS.420,000,000 (420 million)
So definitely HEXP net asset should be revalued to 115-120 at the moment.
So as I said earlier HEXP will easily touch 130 levels and stay 150 levels.
HEXP has only 8 million shares , so one share represents 420 million/8 million equal to rs.52.50 for one share.
Still I didn't calculate the gain for one share may be exceeds 35+
So who ever trust our posts are real winners.
I came to know this HEXP hidden value from beginning that's the reason I tried to open your brains.
Now I'm strongly confident HEXP to be stayed in 150 levels.
Still opportunities may arise to buy HEXP buy only God may know the tomorrow prices. Today HEXP recorded above 99% scatters trend line 5.9 means another 20-30 price appreciation even possible.

This deal approved with out any objections as I told earlier. Remember yesterday I told this deal is above 400 millions. But senior members like Chinwi told this deal may be around 180 million .
My radar system is every where that's the reason I predicted this price correctly.
It's not wondering to reach HEXP prices above 130 levels tomorrow.
May 200 also possible.

Why do you want to EXIT? Study way how they are reinvesting this gain?
If they utilize for new production capacities , based on earnings this can go for 300/- levels . it's because 8 million shares they issued.

Even they can pay big dividends in coming quarters.

Personally I will consider to to sell after 2-3 years.

Expecting asset value=89

Asset value will be 89 not 130.I predicted earlier.

Yes Mr.I didn't tell it's 130/- , but previous posy i mentioned it's 110-116 as rest 50% assets haven't revalued with in last 8 years.
And other hand manufacturing sector price to book value should be 1.5x ,
In that case also share price can easily revalued to 130++

Current book value 59.74.
Estimated capital gain from sale is Rs233mn (420-187) and per share gain is 29.12

So estimated NAV 59.74+29.12 = 88.86.

Share price on 1st July 2016 = 58.70
Share price today               = 95.90
Change in share price          = 37.2
Change in book value          = 29.1

Theoretically if the share price was driven by this land sale deal then the share should trade today for Rs87.8. Now trading at 95.90. So think about it again.

If from tomorrow onwards if the price moves to 125/- it is very good. But in case if dosen't don't panic.

Yes EC,
We have to consider following things here.
1. This land scenario is 50% of total asset holding so rest of 50% of assets haven't been revalued.
2.HEXP future earnings will increase due to utilize of these fixed funds to cash genaraing businesses.
3.There new carbon factory will be second only to HAYCAb as planned
4. HEXP only issued 8 million shares in future very easy to receive high earnings.
5.HEXP 0.5 billion turn over company so if then can earn profit with 10% margin even good EPS can be reported
6. It's possible to pay high dividend like Kegalle they did.
7.HAYleys has 65% so far who knows new acquisitions from the market.
8.manufacturing sector price to book value should be 1.5 x so in that case 130+ possible.
These are the hidden factors we have to consider.
