first I`ll give the definition of RSI :

Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Traditionally, and according to Wilder, RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. Signals can also be generated by looking for divergences, failure swings and centerline crossovers. RSI can also be used to identify the general trend.

secondly il go little bit of advance study of RSI :

Most traditional investors feel (above 70 )over-bought means a signal of sellin the shares. But this s a wrong assumption , this theory Cannot be apply for all the shares. Specially on some ST and MT shares..

y im sayin it ?? in order for an share to push it up sometimes company itself and some big investors will hold big % of the mkt shares within themselves. Because when they hold such % , its is quite easy to move the share up. So sometimes we can assume overbought indicates means not a sellin point, it can be a buying point if we can figure out whether the particular share big % is holdin up by few ppl in order to push it up..

You can easily figure out from the attached picture of EAST.N… look at the 1st run of east and where the RSI starts from.

Let’s move on to the last to circles. RSI back to the 70 line. Which means still bulls re holding a huge qty of shares with them.. but the key is will they start sellin now ? or will they push it up further and bring it down slowly ??

Did so many tradings and now i feel bored to hold the remaining qty i got. lol..

had different quantities at different levels. After analyzing the graph, i thought of holdin some. but im not 100% sure where this will head in to and that y i want to know the ideas of the ppl who hold EASt.N. ( now it the matter of discussing/sharing experts ideas and come to a conclusion )

im sry , i would not share ma quantities and price levels on a public forum.

Be alert abt the business environment. we have seen some news article and related disclosures in papers and CSE website but i didn't come cross any news on CSD. so im not interested in that..

I'm also have a feeling about a Blue star in the East sky while having a Sunquick at a Five star hotel near to galle face green. But so far I only fancy the Sunquick & five star hotel..! The rest is worth watching..

My broker Aiyya recommended East at current price so i bought without thinking twice. hope it will move further.

I am not a professional but this action cannot be recommended as very good. There is a risk as I see. The price can move down at any occasion. Did you remember csd? Many guys said to buy it but at last it moved down. It's difficult to think whether it will move up on a nearby day even you suggest it(my broker firm told me that. he is also an experienced person) I got a big loss from this. If the same thing happen to east, you will have to face a very huge loss. Smile

Happy to hear that you did so many trading with EAST.N0000 at this price range.Couple of months before I read one research paper in which they categorised manipulation into three phase. Now EAST is in third phase which is investor selling stock by artificially fluctuating the price with spreading informations where retailers put interest to get small capital gain and get trap. I feel manipulator selling stocks at 46-52 range by artificially creating demand. That is y considerable fluctuation was there. After couple of ups, if manipulator sold expected qty then he simply get exit. This theory was proved in that paper. I am sure you are smart. But normally in market if you want to be smart enough you have to change the strategy. In my view if manipulator sold enough qty in 46-52 range then EAST price will fluctuate in a range of 38-45 or less. But this phase should not be strong as lack of manupulator. @Roboticfx : thanks for ur input.. im too lil bit worried coz of the green bollinger curve get an upward movement where sometime the stock price wrk total opposite.

but will see for next 5 days hw it will behave.. till then... lets hope for the best.

definitely it Will go to a good level soon. It has stagnated at the 48 levels for a while now. Its ready for the next run now. 70 is quite possible.
