SAGAIn Nimal perera 's twitters he says that LOFC will further come down at least another 25% .he is aiming to collect low since I know his patterns .its up to you to decide.we know the way IN does his work.when  DP running hayleys in to new highest LOLC was around 120/=.see where it is nw.still LOLC is the controlling power of LOFC(only transfered  45% instead of initial planned of 98%)and not newly formed LOCH.i think to keep the local flavour they need to keep LOLC and LOFC while LOLC Holding eying  on international ops.so my advice is both CLC and LOFC has huge potential.
