The lowest PER of 7 (with exceptional capital gains as at last FY-2010/11).

who owns market share of 80% if its business area.

most of the people know only about their core business but very well diversified in to other areas.

One of the Most cash rich company in CSE.

Gamblers are strictly not allowed to gamble on this share.Company information is not leaked before its announcementsand its share price is not manipulated

Have cash or short term money based instruments of Rs 10 Billion.(approx)

even CSE dropped heavily this share didnt drop in that way

Famous for stratergic takeovers of good companies.Dont know what they are eyeing at next ????????

I was not trying to promote this , but I do want to look at the fundamentals
no manupulations , no remoures , no high net worth individual is buying , no one pushes .
But It has the value.

Thank u brother, But this share value not appriciating so much. It is more or less stable. May be good for long term investment. But still any change of govt. policy on Liqueur would effect this industry. Therefore in long term also little risky. Isn't it?

I never invest in Tobacco and Liqueur stocks. Govt should ban those products specially Tobacco... But they won't do because they are earning lot from these business.

I respect your decesion.But i feel most of us are not vegitariens .
For a day in colombo alone 1000 cattles are being slaughtered for our food.
more broilers , pigs and other animals are slaughtered. There are companies( blue chip and other )which are listed in CSE who do business related to meat.I dont wish to mention these.

But even vegitarians are also investing these companies.

every business in the world has negative side.that is the reality.

I think compared with other stock markets it's true that CSE is very small stock market. So if investors can wait some time period market will positive again. But important thing is that investors shouldn't go to panic sells. If they do so definitely market will go further down
