Need your comments,please help me to chose a best bank.I need a current account to apply for IPO

If your purpose is only for apply to IPO then any bank is okay....You have to have business registration and the recommendation from someone already have current account from that bank your applying. Wink

Recently I opened with HSBC and they'll ask you a letter of introduction from an existing current acc holder of the bank.
You'll have a to maintain min acc bal as well.. not sure of the limits..I heard BOC has the lowest limit (I heard as 5000/-)

Yeah and the peoples bank you have to open another "Dhana yojana" account and have to deposit rs.100 each month..You can't withdraw that money until you close the current account. (That rule depend on the manager)

i would say any bank but i personally like sampath and commercial . i have two current accounts and i love both of them Twisted Evil
