Broker can forward this letter to set it up.

They only can eat it Very Happy

other than that I do not think they can encash it as it is in your name. I too have experienced missing letters but not very often and also it is good if we can get it remitted direct to our account as it will save time in a big way specially when you get fair amount of dividend cheques.
