Are u sure of outright ownership of sea & land???. If this is correct it would be serious consequence for future generations. If true, it will lead to create the inferno of battle after some years in Asian continent destructing civilizations.

However, the agreement should clearly stipulate the precautions & protections taken to safeguard our country. We are lacking of access such detailed agreement for reference.

In simple, this port city will be another new country belongs to China with Sea and Air access. All over the world embassy lands belongs to that particular country but does not have Air or Sea access. For an example the US embassy in Colombo border the sea. That does not mean they can dock a submarine next to that.
