Softlogic Capital introduced in to the market on 21 Sep 2011. On that day It was traded as high as Rs.75. Before 13th Feb. it was traded above 24 level & price came down thereafter [mainly becouse of the rights issue]. Today SCAP made an announcement regarding willingness to buy Arrenga Capital for 200 million rupees and I think that triggered today's movement.

scap issue 10 new shares (Rs.7 per share) for one share held. Friday it was @ 16.50.Today @ 20.So I feel it is attractive.(16.50-7=9.50). but I haven't seen this type of situations before (10:1). What will the share price after the right issue. Will it down to 7 or deeper? What will the price of the rights when trading? What is the best option buy shares now and get rights or buy rights when trading rights?

Not only scap but also many other shares reported their 52 week's low on 14th or 15th February with down trend.scap reported its 52 weeks low(16) on 15th February.Didn't it happen because of market down trend? If it happen because of right issue, what will the XR price?
