Actually the wife has sold her shares to the holding company PCH Holdings which is due to get listed.
This is stupid.. She didnt have any shares of holding company before 14th June 2012 and she sells 2.6Mil PCH shares to the holding company.



Well I must say one of the ugliest financial reports I've seen uploaded to the CSE. Hardly u can even see the figures.. What's de point of uploading this if investors cannot read the figures correctly.. This is the nature of the companies who dont care abt public. SEC even play dumb for these

Thanks to the other income they could report an EPS of 5.5 it seems, if not I dont think an EPS of 1 even would be feasible..



You can calculate the revenue magic and think for yourself before investing in companies like this.. Having said that, I must also emphasise the nature of the directors involved.. We can see PCP like drama for this too.

I think you are too harsh on them.
I'm sure those Innocent guys do not have a computer to type it clearly for you.
Hence they have gone to a phone kadei in Bambalapitiya got a photocopy and submitted it to the CSE.

You must blame the telipon kade for having a bad quality fotokopi mashin.

I think this could be an undervalued hidden gem for Sri Lankans knowing how Sri Lankans think and do.

If they're this much ignorant when it comes to listening a company when they have the equipment in house can u at least think about the future?

i think the income statement need to be corrected.. it should manipulated Income rather than SHARE INCOME

Looked as if he was accumulating shares into PCHH at lower prices. (Restructuring)

If he anticipates PCH to move up in the future, then PCHH will easily show gains in their reports.

Rishan did some tricks like this when PCP was above 50 and sold lot to retailers.

please can experts comment about this share??
