[True, she did some hectic changes on SEC rules which made the CSE shaky, but what I believe is those rules are not bad, but the way she introduced them made our uneducated & Casino like new comers shocked...and the brokers were unable to make merry by fooling the poor retailers anymore......!]

I think if this really happened like sanju351 says that is not good for CSE in long term. We all know at the moment SEC is putting regulations to stop manipulation and build up the confident of foreign clients and also the clients who are looking for long term fundamental s. but the way they do them are wrong like putting all things at once.

Guys what is happening here is very simple, these are all government plans, our economy is getting bankrupt, credit is expanding and if we impose further tax or increase interest rates inflation will sky rocket and it will be unsustainable. only stream of high & fast revenue exist through our capital markets. Now since lot of issues have arisen mentioning CSE has lot illegalities and some investigation went on certain people, due to this government and other influential investors stopped from intervening in the market, this is why the turn over was very low during the past (except some counter such as JKH).

Now since government has identified this opportunity they will try to do everything to alter the current trend and they know that the best fit to this job DP the casino mogul with a mind of fox. So if this changes happen it might bring some good returns but the integrity and transparency of the market will be destroyed.
