There will market volatility time to time. Even we will see more volatility in commodity prices in the coming months. Still there will be great opportunities in these periods of volatility.

Then some companies and groups will benefit whenever there is a global factors. When they have problems in those countries tourists will visit other destinations.

Now I think more tourists will visit South Asia instead of North Africa and North Asia.

I think we are due for strong rally in selected blue chip, selected retailers, banks and selected group leaders.

Even we can see selected hotels rallies as well.

Yes. In my line, I also thinking that tomorrow be very important with the trading of Union Bank.
I expect SAMPATH to break Rs.300/- barrier very soon and also massive up side for MBSL & LOLC.

I don’t follow volume much. Now I realized it is time consuming act.

I rather interest on the trend and future earnings and other factors. Because my strategy is different. Always we can learn new things in the market. Nobody can win all the times.

In January market pattern and some stocks pattern changed due to so many reasons. Market pattern and stock pattern can change suddenly time to time.

These changes create opportunities for some players. Always there will be opportunity for players depend on the strategy that we apply

Coco Lanka is an investment trust, which is exploring acquisitions focusing
mainly on the agriculture, food and beverage sectors. The company’s
subsidiaries are engaged in plantations, manufacturing & marketing
agricultural products.

For the 2QFY11 Coco Lanka posted LKR511mn revenue, which is a 52%
YoY growth comparison to the 2QFY10. Revenue of the group consists of
income sources from agribusiness which supply agri products to export
market and local market. Further substantial amount of revenue derived
from its investment & services business. For the 6 months ended 2QFY11
agribusiness contributed 83% for the total revenue while remaining 17%
shouldered by the Investment & services business.

Bottom line of the group saw a steep 208% YoY growth registering
LKR156mn against LKR66.5mn in last year. Such a growth in bottom line
was mainly due to increase in return from investments which includes
in other income & 51% YoY dip in finance cost and other overall savings.
Its other income component that comprise of short term investment,
edged by a mammoth 4178% (from LKR2.39mn to LKR102.2mn) as a
result of it mark to market valuation of short term investments.

The counter trades at annualized earnings potential of 3.4X for 2011E and
trailing PER of 5.3X with 1.3X PBV. This has more potential to grow
considering the sector PER of 21.7X and PBV of 5.1X.

It seems to be, Market is gearing up for a massive unexpected Poultry rally & Financial sector rally.
I expect the financial sector rally after tomorrow & 50% plus upside poultry rally by second week of April'11.

Well you surely are insisting others to take High Risk as your nick suggests. I am sure the return will be high too lol!

Since you are 100% sure, you might even consider mortgaging your properties and invest since you have already got the early edition of next months cse price list, unless you have already done so.

GUAR, BUKI and CARS can also return to higher levels in April. Last December while market was declining CARS remained solid. Current low levels can be attractive. COMB, CFLB and SAMP could also regain momentum. These observations were purely based on past experiences in the CSE having a diversified portfolio. May be some thing to do with the share holders, many do not seem to discard these shares very cheep. Next quarter financials could make a big difference. Charts also indicate a steady upward trend.

SAMP and COMB volumes iincreasing. JKH still stagnant. DOCK there is an interst.

Milanka index might also become stable while ASI is picking up in a bullish market. positive growth could be expected from now onwards. I think all sectors can show an improvement.
