කොමර්ෂල් ක්‍රෙඩිට් ඇන්ඩ් ෆිනෑන්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගම රුපියල් මිලියන 500 ක මුදලක් රැස්කර ගැනීමට බැඳුම්කර නිකුතුවක් කිරීමට සූදානම් වන අතර මෙම බැඳුම්කර කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළේ ලයිස්තු ගත කෙරේ.

කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළ පවසා තිබෙන්නේ සමාගමට මිලියන 2.5 ක අනිකුත් ණයකර වලට වඩා පහළ මට්ටමක ශ්‍රේණිගත කර ඇති ඇප නැති ණයකර (unsecured, subordinated debentures) විකිණීම සඳහා අවසර ලබාදී තිබෙන බවයි.

පළමු නිකුතුවට අධි ඉල්ලුමක් ඇති වුවහොත් තවත් මිලියන 2.5 ක ණයකර නිකුත් කිරීමේ අවසරය ඇත.

මෙම නිකුතුවට අදාළ විකිණීම් කටයුතු ජනවාරි 23 වනදා ආරම්භ වේ.

This reminds me 20% (?) Unsecured issue from VaniK.

They also offered 18% (?) Secured Debentures.

Fortunately I bought Secured. When Vanik failed the unsecured holders got nothing.

මේ කොමර්ෂල් කෙඩිට් කියන්නේ කොමර්ෂල් බැංකුවට සබඳ කමක් ඇති එකෙක් නොවේ නේද? නම දැක්කම මිනිස්සුන්ට පැටලෙනවා , මුලා වෙනවා වගේ හිතෙනවා . විශේෂයෙන් unsecured debentures මිලදී ගන්න කොට.

Recently Alliance Finance raised 1bn
best rate was 20% monthly interest (subject to WHT)
Tenure was 3-5 years. (others were quarterly and annual)

It is a much better company (ALLI) in my opinion (at present) but 5 years is a risk. As an investor it was an interest which was worth taking the risk.
