OSEA is the most predictable company for reasonable inteligence . i looked at construction reports of 
WTC. the building will be there for another 100 years. osea future is bright and it will not go below this prices (i mean 15 range unless there is big natural desaaster which will not happen in SL

You put money OSEA at 15 range and take divident keep shut your mouth for 30 years. think you have home and you taking bodine fee. additional advantage - you dont have to clean toilets and colour wash /maintanance

17/18 may touch easy before divident. after XD date it will not go up. if divident is higher than 1.25 it will go little high but then holding is better than selling.
