SDB no need to issue rights it's navps 136.00 and last 6 month eps 9.50 never come down it will go up

if there is a right issue ,price will depend on the attractiveness of the offer to the share holder. if it is good, price will go up .if not price will come down. but I do not think they need money from a right issue.

last two quarters are highly profitable. last q was very very good.annual earning may come above 20 rupees a share. share is worth above 160 if they report eps more than 20 rupees.

The original poster said discussing a possibility and it may even not be true at all.
( if you look at fundamentals of this share). Now people will start making comments on this unconfirmed post and some maybe even try to create panic .

Remember there are promotions and also something called demotions.

To decide a Financial company is going for a rights at this moment, you have to look at their capital. Not earnings.

* Look at their Capital Adequacy, whether they can meet future minimum capital requirement of CBSL guidelines.

* Talking about their earnings, are they doing great? From where there profit came in during last two quarters? Do they have any improvement in their business or is it because of reversals?

These this will give you the answers.

I am not believe him. tats why i am bit wait. at that time i dont have enough money to collect SDB 80.
I got good profit from ESL. I think my broker wants to destroy that.

without Right issue defiantly i will buy this share. still think.
some broker saying about Right issue. maybe they wants to collect. its dificult to work this type of situation.

without Right issue SDB will give good profit. But with Right issue maybe SDB good profit but its take some amount time. maybe take more than six month(with right Issue)

at this moment we have to use trading opportunity in the current market.
Some share still can give more than 50%.

I am not talking about Craps.

lolz, what is your reliable source? CEO? BOD? GOVERNOR?

Its public holding is almost 70%, so the players would be grateful to have a worse right issue and collect from loosers. But yet there are wise investors in BOD who won't let it.

Btw hope you have sold now and booked your profits since you are a retailer, so try buy again at a pullback. GL
