They changed their Online plat form and you will not able to use old diretect fn and to get online access you need to have minimum 500,000/- net portfolio.. all da best

No problem ,if you have account in one broker firm ,you will definitely transfer that account to the other firm. I am dealing with SMB Securities , they are well with research report and customer service .

No minimum requirement  after cds is opened they will give u online .
