තලවාකැලේ වතු සමාගමේ (TTEL) තේ වතු හයක්, කැළණිවැලි ප්ලාන්ටේෂන්ස් (KVPL) හි තේ වතු තුනක් සහ හොරණ ප්ලාන්ටේෂන්ස් (HPL) හි එක් තේ වත්තක් සැත්තැම්බර් මාසයේදී හොඳම වතු 10 බවට පත්වෙමින් වතු සමාගමක් ලෙස එම සමාගම ක්ෂේත‍්‍රයේ තවත් සන්ධිස්ථානයක් කරා ලඟා කර තිබේ.

මෙහිදී වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දක්වන ඒ මහතා “විශේෂයෙන්ම මෑත මාසවලදී, ක්ෂේත‍්‍රයේ නිපදවන විශිෂ්ට තේ වර්ග කිහිපයක් සමඟ දේශීය වශයෙන් දැඩි තරගකාරීත්වයක් අපට දක්නට ලැබුණා. එබැවින් අපගේ තේ වල ගුණාත්මකභාවය නිරන්තරයෙන් පිළිගැනීමට හා ජයග‍්‍රහණයට පාත‍්‍ර වීම ඇත්තෙන්ම ගෞරවයක්. අපට එය කළ හැකි වූයේ අන්තර්ජාතික වෙළෙඳපොළ සඳහා හොඳම තේ වර්ග කිහිපයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමට කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ වූ කැපවීම නිසා,” යනුවෙන්ද පවසා සිටියි.
හේලීස් වැවිලි සමාගමට අයත් තේ වතු ජනවාරි සිට සැප්තැම්බර් දක්වා කාලය තුළ ඉහළම ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් දහයෙන් නවයක්ම හිමි කර ගැනීමට සමත් වී තිබීම කැපී පෙනේ. සමාගමට අයත් තවත් වතු සමාගම් පහක් ද ඊළඟ ස්ථාන 10 තුළ සිටින අතර වසර පුරාවටම හොඳම ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් 20න් 15ක් ලබා ගනිමින් ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් අතර ශක්තිමත්ව රැඳී සිටී.
සෑම මසකම ලංකා තේ වෙළෙඳුන්ගේ සංගමය (Ceylon Tea Traders Association) විසින් ශ්‍රේණිගත කරනු ලබන තේ වෙන්දේසියේදී වාර්තා කරන අලෙවි කාර්යසාධනය මගින් එක් එක් වතු යාය අපනයන වෙළෙඳපොළවල් සඳහා ලබා දෙන ගුණාත්මක නිෂ්පාදන පිළිබඳ වැදගත් අවබෝධයක් ලබා දෙයි. එමෙන්ම වෙන්දේසියේදී ඉහළම මිල ගණන් ලබා ගන්නා වතු සෑම මසකම ශ්‍රේණිගත කරන අතර සමුච්චිත සහ වාර්ෂික ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් ද සෑම වසරකම අවසානයේදී සකසනු ලබයි.
2019 දී හේලීස් වැවිලි සමාගමට අයත් වතු සමාගම් ඉහළ ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් 20හි ස්ථාන 11ක් ලබා ගත් අතර ඉහළ ස්ථාන 10න් 5ක්ම එයට ඇතුළත්ව තිබීම විශේෂත්වයකි. 2018 වසරේදී ද සමාගමේ වතු සමාගම් ඉහළ ස්ථාන 15න් 12කට හිමිකම් කියන ලදී. හේලීස් වැවිලි සමාගම හොඳම ගුණාත්මකභාවයෙන් යුතු සිලෝන් ටී නිෂ්පාදනය සඳහා කීර්තියක් උසුලන අතර සමාගම සතු වතු පසුගිය වසර කිහිපය පුරාවට ඉහළම ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් 20 හි තම ආධිපත්‍ය පැතිරවීමට සමත් වී ඇත.
ඒ අතරින් තලවාකැලේ වතු සමාගමට අයත් Mattakelle වතුයාය පසුගිය වසර 11 තුළ වසර 9ක් Western High Grown ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම්වල අංක 1 ස්ථානයට පත් වී ඇත.
හේලීස් වැවිලි සමාගම කැළණි වැලි ප්ලාන්ටේෂන්ස් (KVPL), තලවකැලේ වතු සමාගම (TTEL) සහ හොරණ වතු සමාගම (HPL) යන සමාගම් තුනකින් සමන්විත වෙයි. මෙම සමාගම් තුනම පිළිවෙලින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප‍්‍රාදේශීය වැවිලි සමාගම් අතර තේ සහ රබර් කර්මාන්තය සඳහා ඉතා ඉහළ පිළිගැනීමක් අඛණ්ඩව පවත්වා ගෙන යයි. ඒ අනුව, මෙම සමාගම් මගින් තේ සහ රබර් වතු 60ක් පමණ කළමනාකරණය කරන අතර හෙක්ටයාර 26,137ක භූමියක් පුරා ඒවා ව්‍යාප්තව පවතනිවා මෙන්ම ශ‍්‍රී ලංකාවේ වාර්ෂික තේ සහ රබර් නිෂ්පාදනය සඳහා පිළිවෙලින් 4.5% ක සහ 2.5% ක දායකත්වයක් ද මෙම සමාගම් ලබා දෙයි.
බලශක්ති කළමනාකරණ පද්ධතිය සඳහා ISO 50001: 2018, හරිතාගාර වායු (GHG) ලියාපදිංචි සහතිකය සඳහා ISO 14064:2018 සහ පරිසර කළමනාකරණ පද්ධති (EMS) සඳහා ISO 14001: 2015 යන සහතික ලබා ගත් ශ‍්‍රී ලංකාවේ පළමු වැවිලි සමාගම වන්නේ තලවකැලේ වතු සමාගමයි. එසේම රබර් සඳහා කාබනික සහතිකය (Organic Rubber Certification) ලබා ගත් පළමු සමාගම ලෙස KVPL සමාගම ද ප‍්‍රසිද්ධියක් උසුලයි.

Wage hike proposal will be disputed and not implemented. This rs1000 daily wage payment has been proposed and debated many times and never implemented.

Even if there is a wage increase it is for 2021 and last quarter of 2020 will be super profitable for plantations due to high prices for rubber and more demand for tea.

කැරීබියානු මුහදු සීමාවෙහි පිහිටි මෙම කේමන් දූපත්හි පවතින අක් වෙරළ බදු සහන උපයෝගී කරගනිමින් ඩොලර් මුදල් ඒකකයෙන් ගනුදෙනු කෙරෙන අරමුදලක් ලෙස මෙම The Sri Lanka Fund පිහිටුවා තිබුණි.
එහිදී ඉහත සඳහන් කළ සමාගම් දෙක එම අරමුදලෙහි 43.34%ක එක සමාන හිමිකාරීත්වයක් දැරූ බවත්, ගාර්ඩියන් ෆන්ඩ් මැනේජ්මන්ට් ලිමිටඩ් සමාගම එහි කළමනාකරුවා ලෙස කටයුතු කළ බවත් සඳහන් වෙයි.
1993 වසරේ ඔක්තෝබර් මාසයේදී ආරම්භ කර ඇති මෙම අරමුදල, 2010 අගෝස්තු මාසයේදී ගාර්ඩියන් ෆන්ඩ් මැනේජ්මන්ට් ලිමිටඩ් සමාගම යටතේ යළිත් දියත් කෙරී ඇත. කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුව වෙත විදෙස් ආයෝජකයන් ආකර්ෂණය මෙම අරමුදලේ අරමුණ.වී තිබේ.
2018 වසරේ අගෝස්තු මාසය අවසන් වනවිට මෙම අරමුදලේ විශාලත්වය එක්සත් ජනපද ඩොලර් මිලියන 2.23ක් පමණක් වූ බව පැවසෙයි.
එහිදී අරමුදලේ ඉහළම දායකත්වය කාර්ගිල්ස් සිලෝන් පීඑල්සී සමාගම, හැටන් නැෂනල් බැංකුව, සෙලින්කෝ ඉන්ෂුවරන්ස්, නේෂන්ස් ට්‍රස්ට් බැංකුව සහ ඩයලොග් ආසිආටා යන සමාගම් මගින් දරා තිබුණි.
එහිදී සමස්ත අරමුදලෙන් 43%ක ප්‍රතිශතයක් කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුවෙහි බැංකු, මූල්‍ය සහ රක්ෂණ අංශය තුළද, 14.4%ක ප්‍රතිශතයක් සමාගම් තුළද, 11%ක් ආහාර, පානවර්ග සහ දුම්කොළ අංශය තුළද ආයෝජනය කර තිබී ඇත.
මෙම අරමුදල බදු සහන පවතින කේමන් දූපත්හි ලියාපදිංචි කර තිබීම හේතුවෙන් ඒ වෙත බදු ප්‍රාග්ධන බදු සහ ලාභාංශ බදු යන බදු අය වීමක් සිදු නොවුණු බවත් පැවසෙයි.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මෙම The Sri Lanka Fund අරමුදල තවදුරටත් ආයෝජක ආකර්ෂණය සහිත ස්ථානයක් නොවීමත් සමගින්ම එය ඈවර කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මීට පෙර සිටම අවධානය යොමු වී තිබුණි.
ඒ අනුව සිලෝන් ගාර්ඩියන් ඉස්වෙස්ට්මන්ට් ට්‍රස්ට් පීඑල්සී සහ සිලෝන් ඉන්වෙස්ට්මන්ට් පීඑල්සී යන සමාගම් මගින් 2019 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේදී මෙන්ම 2020 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේදීද මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුව වෙත දැනුම් දී තිබී ඇත.
කේමන් දූපත් යනු අද වනවිට ලෝකයේ ආයෝජන අරමුදල් සඳහා මුල් පෙළේ ස්ථානයක් ලෙස ප්‍රකටව පවතී. එහි පවතින අක්වෙරළ බදු සහන ඊට හේතුවයි. ඒ අනුව ලෝකයේ අක්වෙරළ හෙජ් අරමුදල් අතරින් තුනෙන් දෙකකට වඩා වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් මෙම කේමන් දූපත්හි ස්ථාපිත කර ඇති අතර, එම අංශය තුළ ඇස්තමේන්තුගත එක්සත් ජනපද ඩොලර් ට්‍රිලියන 1.1ක වත්කම් අතරින් ආසන්න වශයෙන් අඩක් පමණ එහිදී කළමනාකරණය කෙරෙන බවත් සඳහන් වෙයි.

I have posted two counters of plantation up two now and those two counters performed exceptionally well compare to all plantation counters and still have further upside potential. Here I am not going to talk about those two counters.
This counter I am talking about is currently neglected and no proper attention was payed. No one was talking about this counter yet. Normally it is consider as Tea and rubber plantation. The largest amount of revenue is from tea and secondly from rubber. And this plantation has around 500 ha of young oil palm at maturity stage therefore they have got third largest revenue from oil palm . But when considering profit from each sector the largest profit generating segment last quarter is oil palm. Considering high demand and elevated price for oil palm i see great potential of this plantation in future. If you can buy and keep this share one or two year I see great potential of this plantation. not only that Short term also this share could give you decent profit. It is up to you to decide the name of the share. I will give more details soon.

Kota last quarter EPS is .63 and 6 month EPS is 0.22. with rising palm oil prices and increased rubber prices , next quarter profit would be more than 0.63 . (may be close to RS 1.00 ?). If Kota can report around RS 2.00 EPS for full year it can easily touch 15-16 Rs. Therefor this share may be a multi-bagger stock mid to long term. (Last ten year highest price traded was RS 82.00/ Lowest is 2.50 RS ) Analysis yourself and decide. not a buy sell recommendation.

palm oil prices skyrocketing again. I suggest you to take mid to long term position on KOTA. There is a misconception that KOTA is a trading stock. No plantation company can grow crops on trading purposes. They all are professionals. Tea, Rubber, palm oil all are perennial crops. (taking longer time to complete their life cycle) . Kota has very young yield-bearing palm oil crops. Their good times are coming in the future. So if you could wait one or two years the value is immense. Since the share price is small you can grab large number of shares at this stage and keep them for long time will create good wealth for anyone. just a suggestion, you can study it.

Shares mention in the forum are not the once being rocketed, see how BOPL,BALA, UDPL, MASK and HAPU have been reached to its apex. How come BOPL has no sellors even after 100 % appreciation within three days, UDPL 350% etc .

KOTA and WATA and NAMU are promoting but not as such as above even having good technicals behind.

Yes agreed with You and good potentials. But how these shares compared with low potentials ex. BOPL,UDPL, HAPU and MASK have reached 200% + within very short period of time whereas share with good potentials taking years to reach their fair value. I don't know how the quick interests being created among buyers on those shares unless or otherwise big fellows are behind the screen.

Sri Lanka Tea Sale Averages for the Month of January 2022 recorded Rs.704.67 (USD 3.50) vis-à-vis Rs. 645.02 (USD 3.39) (+Rs. 59.65) in 2021. High Growns for the month of January was Rs. 680.56 as against Rs. 613.29 (+Rs. 67.27) in 2020. Medium Growns fetched Rs. 626.73 vis-à-vis Rs. 585.37 (+Rs.41.36) in 2020. Low Growns recorded Rs.733.69 visà-vis Rs. 673.04 (+Rs.60.65) in 2020
