Same way you were promoted HEXP in year 2016 and fixed the HEXP target price as Rs.150 and long term glory as Rs.300/- ,Then your broker firm boss was downloading HEXP at 97.50 on our heads, you had promoted us to buy HEXP over Rs.112/=, now almost 3 years had passed, still HEXP trading below at 90 levels.
Same way you were promoted AMSL also, citing PV inners bullish around 98.87.
But LOFC is a good share with good financials

Today 13,14,34,919 (More than 13 million) LOFC shares were downloaded @Rs.3.40 by Teller's Connected Party, Can't they wait few weeks until LOFC reaches Tellers dream level to hit Rs.6 ? Why in a hurry ? Any PV inner bullish? OR PESTEEL (PASTEL) affects?

LKR 3.40 per shares to its subsidiary LOLC Private Limited, Singapore, for consideration of LKR 8.89Bn, on 15th

Mostly not internal transfers, @3.80, 3.70, 3.60,3.50 levels retailers fallen on the trap these amounts are exceeding more than 13 million, purpose is the minimum public holding of CSE achievement.

Up to Friday 12-07-2019 for two weeks most of the retailers bought LOFC @3.80 from some broker firms downloading with the anticipation of today’s glory along with PV inner bullish and PESTEL effects.

One thing is sure that the minimum public holding requirement of CSE achieved and Directors no need to worry about the rights issue

Hi guys, no need to worry , transaction was carried out Singapore subsidiary , definitely there is no effect . Forget the transaction price. They did it in below the market price to save the fees. This transaction doesnt give any financial impact . Its just like an internal transaction but its a gate open to international market. Subsidiary can very easily list in singapore exchange because they hold value investment like LofC. Definitely LoFC price will go up then they can easily promote & list subsidery in singapore even attract new investors . No need to panic . Buy as much as you can . Gem is a gem no need to worry. I more confident than before.GL

@Banb, dont cry like a child, you are an investor and you should study before you invest . If you dont have a trust or if dont know what you are doing , its better to go for traditional investments like a Fixed deposit . Here high risk high returns. To manage the risk we use some techniques . We cant avoid the risk 100%.

LOLC sells 62.3% stake in finance company to Singapore subsidiary

Deal reverses Rs. 7.3 b net foreign outflow to a positive Rs. 1.43 b

LOLC Holdings Plc has sold a 62.35% stake in its finance company to the Group's Singapore subsidiary for Rs. 8.89 billion.

LOLC said the move was to facilitate an internal restructure of the holding of LOLC Finance Plc.The stake amounting to 2.6 billion shares was transacted at Rs. 3.40 each.

The LOLC deal accounted for 95.6% of the turnover of the Colombo stock market on Monday and boosted it to highest ever since 28 March 2018 to Rs. 9.35 billion.

The transaction also helped to reverse the year to date net foreign outflow to a positive Rs. 1.43 billion. As of Friday the net outflow was Rs. 7.29 billion.

The CSE's All Share Price Index on Monday gained 0.31% to 5,587.36, its highest close since 18 April.

The index rose 1% last week, its third consecutive weekly gain. So far this year, the index is down about 8%.

We can see sudden LOLC touches to 125 LKR in same sister effect will create a sudden blast for LOFC, this is an additional factor i discovered simply its called sister effect.
