Buddy closely look their financials then you realized what im saying. Compared to strong banks like COMB SAMP NDB their financials are very poor. Im telling based on their earnings like EPS P/E NAV

Profit after taxes grew by 36% YoY
Net Interest Income up 21% YoY
Total Capital Adequacy Ratio is 16.3%
Total Operating Income YoY Growth was 19%
Total average CASA YoY Growth was 22%
Operating Expenses increased by 5%
Total asset growth was -8%



And lets compare it with your favorite share. SAMP,

Total Capital Adequacy Ratio was 15.65% {While UBC's 16.3% (Higher is better)}
Total asset growth is 4.1% (Its higher than UBC btw)
Profit after tax decline by 23.5% (While UBC's PAT grew by 36%)
Operating Expenses increased by 9% (While UBC's increased only by 5%)
Total average CASA Growth was 0.9% (While UBC"s CASA Grwoth is 22%)

Total Operating Income YoY Growth was 13.4% (While UBC's Growth is 19%)



Green = (+) points for UBC
Red = (-) points for UBC


So we got +5 points and only -1  >>> +5-1 = +4

Conclusion :- Invest in UBC for a better gain.

I think you are lucky than all of us.....
New comers can easily win....
We are in a situation like  ..
All of share are now at top price even HVA, REEF, CITW etc... (I not recommended these shares...)
Do your home work and buy..
If you go through this forum 3-4 hours you can see many recommended counters....
