Thats one of feasibility studies , any one can do . Till it get approvals , its not a news.

I noted this CEO sale last week. Mr. Arangala had 4.5mil shares as of last financial statement and after this sale has about 1mil shares left with him.
What I observed is although he slowly let go of his shares the share price did not drop afterwards. It continues to maintain the same level.
So I believe with improved business expected in coming years LVEF has room to grow. It’s a strong buy on the daily, weekly and monthly technicals on investing.com. I hold this and have faith for good improvement within next 6-24 months (MT and LT).

@kottuwa, 9.80 ta aran 14 giyama ,50% k auruddata. Hahha you know its value . We will meet in future . Hahhaa...The number one under value company is LVEF in enegy sector, till you can not see the basis, you never give a value of a share . LVEF can produce nearly 300 MW now . Part of CEOs selling absorbed by by Foreigners , in the same way his holding quantity is nothing for this market . As i said this is 14-16 plus share in the given time line .

Further to the above note...
LVEF was listed in 2018 at a price of rs9.70. Mr. Arangala held the 4.5mil shares from that date onwards. He sold in Dec wk 1 for between 10.20-10.40.
Price movement was on an uptrend from 28 Oct onwards. Peaked on 16th Nov at 10.90.
SL budget 2020 proposal was first introduced on 20th Oct so investors were aware the benefits for the energy sector.

If director wanted to dump his shares he would have done it near the peak which was not the case. He waited for price to stabilize before disposing.

Another director sold 200k shares at 10.30-10.50 on 12/13 Nov.
LVEF published their positive interim financials on 10th Nov.

Coincidently Tellers videos published 9th and 14th Nov.on LVEF.

Observing the volumes it’s clear volumes increased significantly post the interim financials. Maybe Tellers followers also bought during that time.

The directors had only a marginal 4% gain from their sales.
