As we all experiencing, the bear market is still prevails. However, there may be a possibility that the market may turnaround towards end of July. I came in to this conclusion after considering following facts.
1) Technically this is one of the longest bear periods during last 3 years. (in 2008 the bear lasted 2 months continuously, but so far current bear is little bit over 1 month)
2) Most of the listed companies are doing well, in-fact they have improved their performance. So, this decline is not due to poor company performance (like in USA).
3) Most of investors have moved out, and waiting to reenter once it starts to move up.
4) VONE effect – lot of people sold their stake to purchase VONE shares. Now they got their refunds and shares. At least few billions of rupees, which were locked for some time, now have come back to the market. This kind of situation happed when LGL was listed. Two-Tree weeks after LGL listing, the market bounced back.
