If you look at the previous 3 market uptrends the turnaround has started approx. around the following days
13 August 2012
05 December 2012
05 March 2013
If you look at these days market has started to move slowly towards positive direction until it is triggered for a bull run. These have occurred with a periodic manner with 3 or 4 month intervals. Now MACD and RSI (for ASI) resemble previous turnarounds, 4 months following the last. I appreciate valuable contribution from the senior members, technical analysts, or whoever think positively for the benefit of everybody who is eagerly waiting to get into the bus while it is waiting.

As you can see, I am not a senior member or technical wizard to contribute but I think you are right -its looks ready to RUN !
1.When ADB down grade rest of the s.Asia growth they are more optimistic about sri lanka.
2.Word bank has same view
3.SL central bank actively try to bring down interest rates.
these things should create positive sentiment!!!!

Market has hit a bottom - from next week it will go up - buy now!

Looks like market is marching towards a positive direction. Anyway no need to jump in to the bus and fall. Still we might have one or two red days next week, be patient to start collection on these days. We can be hopeful that the market won't fall below 6000 and will strive forward positively until the next bull run.
