Yes they need the fund to subscribe the CLPL warrants, on top of that this sale investment will enable the GREG to overcome from SEC investigation, End of next week SEC might clear their investigation.
Generally GREG is speculative share, present movement is very positive with this news. If some one want to push this, this will have good run.

My guess Next week Capital Trust will start to play with the stocks, When i had a chart with them, Some of big shots cost more than Rs.100. Hence , with this good news CT trying to push up the share price

My advice was only to new people those who might follow rallies without any knowledge. Because I'll feel sad when I read posts by them later, saying I bought this at this price what should I do now.
Surely there'll be many others to collect at those levels, as seyon said CT will play a major role and many will follow.
