friends i bought 5000 flch shares using my credits @ 3.90 before 4 DAYS ago.is its good to by again 5000 shares @ 3.80 by use my credits Question

or sell my 5000 shares @ 3.80 ? Sad

FLCH is a good buy but Its a long term share. Maybe 1-3 years where you could earn dividends over the years and All that.

Its not a day trade share (atleast not at this moment)

yes.. i am fully agree with this ...better not to buy on credit.. it is long term share and please see the trading price for some time back.. not much fluctuating for the day trade. Cool

This is an ideal Investment for amounts like 2 Mn and Above. You could put It in and earn somewhere around 15-30% per annum (30 % a bit unlikely) and Enjoy stable growth. Good if your trying to put it for a family member.

But let me tell you this I'm not gonna tell you how I know this but I do

On Average A Hydro project will cover its cost within 2 and 1/2 years of operation. So Basically the project will start yielding profits from Year 3 onwards.

Thats the reason why I said its a 1-3 year Investment because you can exit the share In year 3 IA (Insha Allah (Yes I am a Muslim Smile

)

In a Nutshell here is a summarry of FLCH

57,000 Acres of land across the country
9,200 Acres of land in the district of Colombo
19,000 Acres of tea
13,000 Acres of rubber
3,500 Acres of commercial timber
12.5 million kg of made tea per annum
4.0 million kg of rubber per annum
3.2 Megawatt hydro power generated presently
15 Megawatt hydro power in the pipe line
2 three star 100 roomed hotel projects to commence soon
80,000 Sq. ft office space in Colombo to be built
6 billion group annual turnover
10.5 billion group net asset value
Rs 975 Million group net profit for 9 months to end December 2010

Selling your shares with a loss is a foolish thing. Hold it sometime. FLCH will start to move after the collection. Very Happy

009008 I think I say this on behalf of every good Investor( in the world). Please dont buy shares on credit unless you know for sure what your doing.

What happens is you buy it on credit and then the price is lower than what you bought it for and everyone starts panicking and starts selling. Takes the share lower and lower and then guys who bought it on cash get affected.

Don't take me wrong this is general advice.
