SLT is worse than DFCC

I went to SLT to buy Peo TV in october they said no connetion avaible check after 3 months then i went after 3 months then they saied that you cant get it bcs your connection is looop one after 3 month only they announce me that peo tv support only lease lines lol!

so i bought Diolog TV verry helpfull quick service withing 1 day got the connection

hehe lol same here having SLT peo tv got struct every time complained on 14th of december till now no single call..how nice Razz

my story

long time back a so called representative came to our doorstep and said there was a DialogTV promotion (1 for 1 free)
at that time dad and I were interested in getting one so we started a casual chat to know details. by the time of the 2nd simple question, he got irritated and said "gannawanam ganna mehema prashna ahanna epa"
we were shocked and said that you came to our house promoting and is this how you talk to customers.
he said "I'm the sales MANAGER and this is how I talk!" and left. (I think in our area office)

long time afterwards we got the PEO TV for free with a 1 yr commitment.
now since the time has passed i downgraded the package. although it was promised in a few days it took arnd 1-2 weeks (ok with me)
then one channel, even after ordering through the system, needed manual activation of TSTV through SLT. I called and lodged a 'complaint'. No calls after that. I had to call them twice again but the issue was promptly sorted out

PS: this started with DFCC, then SLT and now Dialog Very Happy

Recently they had a 50% off offer for their 12 pc Chicken Bucket!
They didn't have enough stocks after 4 p.m... Bloody useless management!

Same mismanagement is going on with CARG supermarkets!

Stumpy, not only KFC.. its the same with pizza hut.. when they give promotions, they run out of stuff pretty easily and they cant live up to their standards..

If u order a pizza on a promotional day, it arrives at ur door step cold due to taking 40-45 mins to turn up.. since its cold u complain and u can get another one free, hows dat? cheers
