In my point of view JKH is worth at 80 below and this is not a buy recommendation.
JKH is a large company but its a turnaround as per Peter Lynch.why would anyone put Fixed deposit at a rate of 6% per year when there is once in a life time opportunity to buy best company at a penny price think about it....This price was there in 2009 and now we got major oppertunity.
ps   ---Do not buy without doing proper research on stocks.

according to 2019 reports(EPS) JKH will come to it's real value and current price also bit high(LKR 80) for me if you consider COVID19 impact.
its' large company difficult to grow as early days.  
if i'm not mistaken JKH own largest hotel group which is not gain any profit 2020.

i dont think so,There is a rumor that jkh might divest some hotel assets and also plantaion is doing really good specially tea prices also increasing and also retail sector is making good profits via online and keells...
