Thats why im downgrading JKH, impact of transportation ,leisure and financial sector is huge . Also its above 50% of total operation. Industries like leisure will not give an output with out running maximum capacity.

Not just JKH, all businesses have been adversely impacted to various degrees - and a valuation downgrade is certainly justified. The question is: How much? That question is difficult to answer because the future is so uncertain.

By virtue of its size and presence in key sectors of the economy, JKH is a bellwether stock, and a reasonably well-managed group of companies.

JKH has entered into a long-term financing agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for USD 175mn to support funding company’s investment pipeline. The proceeds from the facility will primarily be utilised to fund the Group’s expansion of its supermarkets business, recent investments in hotels in the Maldives and Sri Lanka and for general corporate investments.

My answer is very simple. @Xhunter - Don't think CSE like your interested programming languages which have proper reasoning behind every constructs or code segments. In CSE lot of front/back elements control price movements, which normally can't be logically reasoned using financial knowledge. The history tells all about CSE.... Smile

The reasoning behind this is,

Price of share = V1+ x*y+ z
V1=40, x=5, y=4, z=100
So estimated price of share comes as 90/=.

See, who removed your posts thats not ethical . I understood JKH had issues , SAME THING JKH ALSO UNDERSTOOD . THATS WHY THEY ASKED 250+ $ million loan . Now their problems will solve slowly . But dont expect much improvement of business but it will improve their cash flow. Jkh should appreciate me as prior to them i understood their cadh flow and issues , so they reacted quickly . These are called analysis.
